OUR PROVEN PROCESS
Through our proven design/build process, each project begins with a well-organized and strategic plan, accounting for existing conditions, as well as permit processes, final inspections and project close outs. We are dedicated to the completion of each project on time, and on budget.
Working with a designer, the builder and homeowner collaborate to create a plan for elevation, floor plans and electrical layout that are both economical and optimize the function of the home. By working directly with the builder, who knows the associated costs of all phases of construction, project designs remain within the target budget range.
Under the advisement of the builder, collaborative product selection of every detail is executed, from doors, countertops, plumbing fixtures, flooring, HVAC options, energy efficient techniques and products, and much more. A thorough inspection is executed by each subcontractor to ensure every line item is priced out accurately and all home details are accounted for.
Using a network of leading industry subcontractors in addition to the highly skilled team of BLB Custom Building master craftsmen, projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Weekly site meetings are held with the Lead Carpenter and homeowner to discuss work completed, scheduled work, and any open scope items to be selected.
